Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked services. Estimated delivery times are as follows.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days from dispatch.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days from dispatch, available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as adverse weather or courier delays.

We are currently focused on serving our customers in the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping through our website at this time. If you are based outside the UK and would like to order FiveVera products, please get in touch with us at info@5vera.com and we will be happy to discuss the options available to you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
